Marriage 360 is committed to providing professional mediation services to help couples navigate through challenging times and resolve conflicts amicably. Our experienced mediators offer a safe and neutral space for open communication and constructive problem-solving. We believe in empowering couples to find mutually beneficial solutions and build strong, healthy relationships.

While we love induvidual counseling, we believe the intensive approach to marriage resolution and restoration is a uniquiely designed method that is more beneficial than 1 hour a week for several months in traditional counseling.

Who We Are

We are James and Ashley Hebert, certified marraige mediators through the XO Marriage Mediation Institute. We are a blended family and have a strong desire to see people grow in their marriage and family no matter what season of life they are in! With personal experiences in past trauma, divorce, death of a spouse and more, we believe we not only relate to many different couples, but can help them find joy and restoration as well. If we can do it, we know you can too! Our passion is rooted in Christ and the calling He has placed on our lives to bring couples closer to Him and each other.

Mediation has been around since the beginning. God used mediators all throughout the Bible. If the word "mediation" automatically makes you think of divorce, we are here to take back what the enemy has stolen and make mediation a word of restoration instead of seperation!

Marriage Mediation Intensives
Marriage Mediation is an innovative marriage-saving intensive for couples seeking healing and restoration in their marriage. Couples no longer have to choose between counseling or divorce when their marriage is at a crossroad. Through Marriage Mediation, you can experience immediate hope and transformation by combining biblically based resources and mediation techniques for long term restoration.
Pre-Marriage Coaching With Optional Wedding Offiating
Equipping couples before the marriage journey begins not only sets the couple up for a successful, strong and healthy marriage but also helps to deepen understanding of eachother in a proactive way.
Couples will receive 4 hours of pre-marriage coaching and a package option which includes wedding officating.
Group Style Marriage Workshop
Build trust and intimacy with your spouse in this educational group setting. This workshop is an interactive way for several couples to learn and grow together in an engaging atmosphere. Sessions will cover various areas of marriage including intimacy, re-igniting passion, parenting and blended families.

Your mediation journey will start with an initial 60-minute virtual session, where a certified XO marriage mediator will introduce you to the process of mediation. Each spouse will be given dedicated time to express and process their individual perspectives, laying the groundwork for healing and restoration. The session will conclude with personalized recommendations to continue your mediation journey.

Step 3: Marriage Mediation

XO’s exclusive marriage mediation intensive approach provides immediate hope and transformation by combining biblically-based resources and mediation techniques for long term restoration. Whether in person or virtual, we will help you discover the heart of your relationship issues and pave the way for a stronger, brighter future together.

What's the difference between mediation and counseling?
XO Marriage Mediation focuses on beliefs and how our thought life plays a major role in restoration or disfunction in our relationships. The battle is in the mind and the good news is, it is the one thing that we can control.
Counseling is more process oriented and usually dives deeper into mental and/or emotional disorders, abuse, addictions etc. We leave these processes to the professionals and focus more on teaching couples how to do marriage God’s way so they can experience long lasting restoration.
What is the faith-based model for XO Marriage Mediation?
When couples are at an impasse and experiencing marital struggles, they need someone to stand in the gap to provide discernment, wise counsel, and a plan for restoration. Mediators are the hands and feet for Jesus, the Great Mediator. They are committed to pointing the hearts of couples back to God. Mediation includes:
